Absolutely yes. Get a caulk that has *some* silicone in it – an acrylic/silicone blend. The label will say it is “Paintable”. Do NOT use 100% silicone.

Water-based paints are the norm. Some may use oil, but it is a very small percentage.

Help! first I’v been a tile mason for 22 years so I’m fairly confident of my construction skills.I have to paint my inlaws house which is60? yrs old and has those giant cedar? shingles my own house and a rental which have hardiplanking on the front and t-111 on the sides,Qstn how important is back rolling these materials after spraying for a good bond and how do I keep the overspray down? anybodys suggestions would be welcome!!

@echtconservative No!! Do NOT caulk the underside horizontal cracks on lap siding. This is a place for water vapor and even liquid water to escape.

Watching this video got me into RHPs/Mark Kozelek. I saw it for the first time in ’94. At that time everyone was listening to Nirvana, The Pixies, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins etc ….. and here was a band making slow, beautiful melodies with heartfelt lyrics – it blew me away.

Just checked the price for a box of Fire warriors painted to LV3 (CA$494.09) and all I have to say is they better be painted to a Golden Daemon standard for that price.

Seems a bit… pointless.

1/2 of the fun is painting your army.
1/4 of the fun is being able to step back and look at your painted army and thinking “Wow, I painted that!”, even if it’s a shit paintjob.
1/4 of the fun is crushing the enemies of the Imperium!

If you just pay excessive prices to get your models painted, you’ll never get any better at it yourself…

Infact, it’d probably be cheaper to just buy a feck load of models and enough paints and keep painting until you’re good enough.

You can just go into Games Workshop, show them your models and ask for any pointers or advice.

Sludgedisciple btw if you have the TIME to purchase said army models etc, then you have the TIME to paint the things etc coz as Vehementi said thats half the fun of it all! oh and btw if you dont have time for that sort of thing , then dont bother buying the models coz you wont have the time to paint them!!

It took me about 15 minutes to buy my army, big one too. It’s taken me about 2 months to paint them all, and i’ve been painting in just about all my spare time. Now I only play with two other guys so having fully painted models isnt really a priority, but if I were to play at a store or something, having painted models might just be pretty important. I mean even if everyone is willing to play against unpainted or just base coated models, it’s still kinda embarrassing to show up like that.

I thought I was the only person liked Excess Baggage…I saw it at the movies back when it came out and that movie always struck a chord with me and I’m not sure why but it was written off as a bad movie and I disagree big time. This version is amazing, I even stayed at the very end of this movie to find out who it was and i’ve been a fan ever since.

Say while painting a gun, you ruin the internals or something along those lines. Do you have a gaurentee that it will come back in working order, or if it doesn’t you will recompense for the price of the rifle? (Sorry, but Im kinda interested and i dont want my rifle i’ve had for 6 months to break.)

I have a Agm m-4 shorty type 36 could I have a digital camo, I have red dot but the peace that holds it to the gun I Want that black and the scope digital my foregrip black my hand grip like yours my flash light black and the rest of my gun digital and on my flip up dust cover on the red dot black but when you flip it up & under the cover I want a smily face but if you some how screw my gun up will you pay me for it or no? I’ll pay $75 dollars and I’ll pay shipping & handling
